Belmont Park

Last Friday we went to SD to take the kids to
Belmont Park and swimming at the bay. They
really enjoyed seeing all the rides and got on a
couple themselves. Poor things are so short they
couldn't ride much. After that we went across
the street to Mariner's Cove and they played in
the water for a while it was a beautiful afternoon. Later
in the day we went for pizza at Luigi's in Golden Hill,
down the street from Nana's. We stopped to visit
our two awesome uncles and the kids had a fantastic
time because uncle Greg wore them out with all that
wrestling and roughhousing. Another awesome day in
paradise.

Hot Summer Day!

Braden and Santino decided to go for a slide but
I broke the slip n slide so my mom grabbed the
hose and squirted the boys on the backyard slide.
They had so much fun screaming and running around.

Happy 4th of July!!!

This year for the 4th of July we didn't go anywhere
we just stayed home and John and Sonny camped
out in the backyard. They said they had a wonderful
sleep. Before they called it a night we made Smore's
and then Julie and Mommy got the big bed all to ourselves!

5th Annual Family Picnic!

Last Saturday was our 5th annual family picnic.
This was started by John & I and we are keeping
the tradition going. So far we have had some really
fun picnics. This year we had it in San Diego again
at the Ski beach, no games this time around. Just
a mellow kick back sort of day. The kids got in the
water for a bit but it was pretty cold. We ate tons
of food, everyone brought such good stuff. For dinner
we BBQ'd hamburgers and hotdogs. Later in the eve
we all sat around the bonfire and watched the fireworks
at Sea World, it was a pretty great day!
